Q: For some strange reason I can't get into the ftp server for my paid hosting account. It all worked fine up until a couple of days ago. I've tried calling them on the phone but they put me on hold for almost an hour. What should I do?

A: Find another host and move your site as soon as possible.

When you call a host on the phone and they're too busy to answer your call within a reasonable amount of time, that means they've got too many clients and not enough tech support. Don't get lost in the shuffle. Find another host.
