Merely shopping for content at their respective websites is a good way to familiarize you with their prices and product quality. Downloading the free content from your sponsors is a lovely benefit of affiliation but it also limits you to content available to hundreds of other adult webmasters. Emailing a content provider or adult photographer is intimidating and (being that so many are busy and have no idea who your are) a bit of a shaky effort.

What's an excellent way to get content deals and exclusives? Visit your friendly neighborhood adult webmaster message board. The importance of personal contact is as valuable in acquiring product as it is in acquiring traffic trades.

Adult Message boards are a place for webmasters to unwind and have fun. They are also a place to make business relationships and promote your endeavors to your peers.

Paysite owners, content providers and photographers hang out in adult webmaster chats and BBS just like anyone else.

Many times you can get attention from these folks easier if you go to where they are. This does not mean you should go bug others for price cuts or try and tell them how they should conduct their business. Getting acquainted with those in your industry will hopefully begin friendships for you. Friends help each other out.

Some adult message boards have special areas where content providers promote their own specials.

It's a lot easier to post a sale price on a message board than it is to change the text on their site's HTML page. These areas on message boards are also where you are allowed to ask for deals and price cuts and special content.

Look for them. Look for allowed SPAM areas where you can promote your site or service. Look on your favorite BBS for topic categories that pertains less to general discussion and more to specific business descriptions.

If you need content that is unique, new or hard to find you only need ask those that make it. Explore the adult webmaster message boards and BBS and chats. Talk to the sponsors and photographers. Look at the signatures of your fellow posters. They advertise themselves in their signatures. Many of these signatures contain their ICQ numbers or email addresses. Some chat boards are even set up so that you can send a personal massage to them.

Ask questions. Take chances. Get some good deals.
