Think symbiotically when you consider what extra wares you’d like to gently suggest to members. If members paid for access to a hardcore porn site, then it’s redundant to advertise access to more porn sites.
It’s more fitting to suggest products/services, which don’t repeat or conflict with your member content. A few would refer to such items as non-adult but some of these items are very adult. Perhaps it would be more helpful to think of supplementary merchandise as relational product:
