Interview With Jack @ SunnyDollars.com!

C-Pimp: Let's start of with a small introduction for all our Cozy Readers. What can you tell us about yourself and your online adult experience? How did you get started in this business?

Jack: My name is Jack Greber, I'm 21 and co-owner of Sunny Media Group Inc. My job is designing and implementing new sites and services. I supervise the works on every new project, coordinating the work of our graphic designer and programmer. The company is registered in the US, and was founded over two years ago. With a couple of close friends, I decided to find our niche in this industry by introducing interesting and original products and services. We spent an enormous time working on the new SunnyDollars service, few months later we created AdultContentSeek.com and just recently, in December, we launched our latest service, DontWorryContent.com.

C-Pimp: Tell us a bit about your SunnyDollars.com sponsorship program? How long has it been around and what does it have to offer adult webmasters?

Jack: We pay our webmasters 55% of all sales and recurring. Our service has been running for about a year and a half. We have some changes planned to improve our program even more, look out for some new developments real soon!

C-Pimp: Do you offer your webmasters any added incentives like Free content or special bonuses for those that produce high amounts of signups?

Jack: Yes, we do offer free content to our webmasters. We're also working on few new tools to be included in our new program. Statistics being a priority right now, we are working really hard to create clear, easy to use and webmaster friendly statistics sceme, and we're really setting up everything in order to build a solid and profitable alliance between us and our webmasters. It's hard to point out all the tools which will be provided. One of my main concerns is to enable our webmasters to contact our support departments with ease when they need help and support. Easy contact is key to building a solid connection between the webmasters and the program.

C-Pimp: If I'm not mistaken, you currently offer your webmasters a choice 14 possible websites to promote covering a wide array of niches. Which one or two of your sites have been getting the best response, highest conversion ratios for your clients?

Jack: Yes that's true, for the moment our program offers 14 sites covering an array of niches including smoking, upskirt, legs, pee, voyeur and others... To be honest, every one of our sites converts quite well. The one that always seems to stand tall is one of the firts sites we created, PantyandPanties.com. Our new LegSleazeBabes.com is also doing extremely well at the moment.

C-Pimp: Any plans for any new sites sometime soon, if so, which niches will they be covering, any particular themes you hoping to come out with in the near future?

Jack: At this very moment, we do have a few new sites eagerly awaiting their launch. We're also negotiating deals which would give us control of a few interesting sites from our competition. It's hard to say which niches we'll be working on for future sites simply because our intention is to be a part of every niche possible.

C-Pimp: There is an ocean of sponsor programs nowadays, offering either per signup, per partnership and even click programs. Why did you opt for a partnership based service and what do you feel makes you unique from the rest?

Jack: There really are subtle differences between the programs. But the talk about programs should start from deviding them into basic categories like per signup or partnership. You need a priority list at first, then you can think about the design, support and actual paysites. The next step is differentiating between those subtle things. I'll be honest and say that our program is quite similar to many others available to webmasters at this very moment. That's way we've been working on it's new version for a long time, trying to differentiate what ever possible in order to create a program that will be truly original

C-Pimp: You are also involved with AdultContentSeek.com and the new DontWorryContent.com services. Can you tell our readers a little about that, and what those services have to offer?

Jack: AdultContentSeek.com is a content resource site, providing webmasters with news on content. We launched the service a few months ago, that site is also being re-designed at the moment to offer even more. It will be an outstanding source of information.

DontWorryContent.Com, our newest child is a content provider. At this moment, we have three great products available: Amateur Fetish Collection , Fetish Fantasies and Amateur Babes. We are always working on something new, because the market is always shifting in this business. Offering content is also a great chance for us to test some new waters.

C-Pimp: You are also involved with AdultContentSeek.com and the new DontWorryContent.com services. Can you tell our readers a little about that, and what those services have to offer?

Jack: Like I mentioned earlier, we're almost done with our new program. And one of it's main advantages will be the earlier mentioned clear overview of statistics, designed by us.

C-Pimp: With the launch of your new content service, I'm sure your pretty busy keeping everything together. How many people make up your staff and work around the clock to keep your services rolling? Also any new services on the horizon that you would like to share with us?

Jack: You're right on that one, I'm really busy right now. I come to work in the morning and leave the office when it's dark. Seven people make up our entire staff. Whole company is divided into various departaments: Financial, Traffic, Content, Marketing and New Projects. It's important for us to keep an working atmosphere that is s pleasent to say the least, without that, it would be pretty hard to keep up with the pace we've set. Good staff helps us keep everything together and one step ahead at all times!

C-Pimp: Our newbie readers are always hungry for some useful advice. Given your experience in this business, can you offer our readers a Cozy tip in regards to improving their sponsor sales and profits?

Jack: I remember my first days, I didn't really know what to do at first. It takes quite some time to find your way and settle into this business. Personally, even though I feel like I have a lot of experience, I know that there's still a lot of things I need to learn or improve. Resource sites like CozyFrog and CozyAcademy are very helpful. Keeping an eye on the industry is really important, and should be one of the basic things to do. To find your spot, you have to aquire all the basic knowledge you can, from content, through hosting to marketing. Once you've mastered all the basics, you can start figuring out your spot in this biz. There is no universal advice or rules, keep in mind that you will be noticed when you come up with something original and unique.

C-Pimp: Before we rap this up, is there anything else you would like to add or share with our readers?
